Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase it will be at the companies discretion if a refund can be applied.

There is a 10% handling charge that will be deducted on returns, where available. (exchanges are based on the same terms). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, these include all concrete related products and locks. If the item requires collection, there will be a collection charge based on the same conditions as our delivery terms.

Once the refund has been agreed, we will refund by the same means as payment was made.
